Asfia: ‘Independence referendum’ seditious

STATE Legislative Assembly Speaker Datuk Amar Mohd Asfia Awang Nassar ruled on Friday that the term ‘independence referendum’ was seditious and ordered David Wong (DAP-Pelawan) to withdraw it.

“I do not want any further discussion on this. Even under the old Sedition Act, any seditious tendency would be considered seditious. I do not want members here to be called as witnesses when you are being charged,” said Asfia when responding to Wong, who earlier asked whether it was seditious to call for an ‘independence reference’ in the state.

Debating the Yang Di-Pertua Negeri’s address, Wong also touched on the fact that the prime minister had not made a stand on Hudud law.

His remark invited Assistant Minister for Youth Development (Urban Areas) Datuk Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah (BN-Asajaya) to comment: “I want to ask him who is the one who introduced Hudud law in Kelantan – is it BN or your partner PAS?”

Wong immediately replied: “No, no partner. You got it wrong.”

He argued that PAS would not have implemented Hudud law in Kelantan without the help of Umno, adding: “Umno is using this to separate Pakatan Rakyat (PR). And DAP Sarawak is no longer part of PR Sarawak.”

Karim pointed out the chief minister’s stand on the implementation of Hudud law had been clear – that the Islamic law would not come to pass in Sarawak.

On Wong’s explanation, he said: “At federal level, you are still a partner with PAS.”

Their tit-for-tat prompted Asfia to remark: “Although DAP Sarawak breaks away from PR Sarawak, the main DAP Malaysia is still with PAS.”

Chong Chieng Jen (DAP-Kota Sentosa) then sought a clarification, saying all Sarawakians “are unanimous on the stand that Hudud should not be implemented in Sarawak.”

He added: “Yes, our national side is with PR, but BN is equally guilty because Umno and PAS are both guilty of implementing Hudud. But we can be united to kick Umno and PAS out of Sarawak.”

As soon as he was done, an unidentified assemblyman burst out: “There is no Umno in Sarawak.”

Turning to another matter, Wong alleged that the state’s request for 20 per cent oil and gas royalty was ‘turned down’.

Asfia laughed and ruled: “Under Standing Order 32(12), you should not mislead the Dewan deliberately. You used the word turned down, but it was not turned down.”

Wong protested: “It is not misleading. It was not successful, which means it failed. Is there any difference than turned down? Anyway, the question now is what is next? We want to stand behind the chief minister, and we want the 20 per cent royalty.”

He even suggested BN backbenchers “should be sent for re-education to know their duties as their job is to question and not to laud what the government had done”.

He concluded his debate speech by lamenting there was not even one flyover in Sibu and that Sibu Hospital needed a multi-storey carpark. He also wondered when the Lanang toll fees would be waived.

‘Nazri still believes Sabahans stupid’

Where were the laws that federal minister Nazri Aziz was referring to when the sinister Project IC was executed to issue MyKads to illegal?

KOTA KINABALU: A senior lawyer here has accused federal minister Nazri Abdul Aziz of “lying” when he said it will be “difficult” for the federal government to re-issue new MyKads for Sabah because it involved “laws” which needed to be studied.

Demanding to know what “laws” Nazri was referring to, Daniel Jambun said: “Nazri is lying and avoiding the proposal. He still believes Sabahans are stupid and can be lied to.

“He has the audacity to say it is difficult to solve the MyKad problem when the solution is right in his very hands.

“What laws is he talking about? If there are laws to be looked into, then look into them.”

Jambun, who is Sabah State Reform Party (STAR) deputy chairman, said Nazri’s explanation clearly showed that Putrajaya has not learned anything from the Lahad Datu intrusion and bloodshed, and persists in toying with the lives of Sabahans.

“As far as we know, the federal government, through the National Registration Department, has the complete prerogative to re-issue MyKads anytime, even to change the designs anytime it wants.

“There is no need to pass such an undertaking through Parliament, or to have it gazetted, ” he said in a statement here.

Jambun, who is also the president of the Borneo Plight Malaysia Foundation (BOMIFO), challenged Nazri to explain what laws were used in the illegal issuance of hundreds of thousands of MyKads to refugees and illegal immigrants since the 1990s.

He reminded Nazri that it was he who arrogantly said the illegals were not a security problem in Sabah but that had blown back at him with the Lahad Datu intrusion by the armed Sulus.

“The fact is there was no law used except the law of the jungle and the shameless law of robbers, thieves and traitors.

“The federal government ignored the Federal Constitution and many other laws to commit the treasonous acts of issuing the MyKads to illegals.

“If they could do that for foreigners, why can’t they do the same legally for the people of Sabah?” he asked.

He claimed Nazri’s response to calls to revoke and re-issue bona fide Sabahans with a fresh MyKad gave the impression that the federal government wants to perpetuate the dominance of illegals in Sabah for political purposes.

“Why is it so easy to do the wrong thing and yet they [the authorities] refuse to do the right thing?”

SSKM activists are traitors – Rahim

PANTAI Manis assemblyman Datuk Rahim Ismail yesterday described the ‘Sabah dan Sarawak Keluar Malaysia’ (SSKM) players as the country’s traitors.

“Malaysia is a country that practises democracy and hence, is able to tolerate harsh criticisms, but in the SSKM issue, we cannot take lightly the actions of the SSKM members because they affect the harmony and fate of 3.5 million Malaysians in Sabah that comprise of 30 ethnic races,” he said.

He said SSKM members deliberately wanted to raise anti-federal sentiments among Malaysians in Sabah, particularly among the young people in the rural areas.

“This is very dangerous because the young generation should be educated and empowered with knowledge that is useful and can help them become citizens who will lead the country in the future,” he said.

Rahim said some of the members of SSKM comprised of leaders who had failed to garner support during the 12th and 13th general elections.

“They have also recruited and sponsored Doris Jones, a woman believed to be a Malaysian and a Sabahan residing in the United Kingdom to wage war in the social media concerning SSKM,” he said.

Rahim described the actions of Doris Jones as biased as she did not represent the thoughts of the majority of Malaysians living in Sabah on the issue of SSKM.

He reminded that members of SSKM probably wanted to follow the footsteps of other separatist groups in other countries, including Referendum Scotland which had yet to successfully divorce itself from the United Kingdom.

“But Referendum Scotland cannot be likened to SSKM,” he said.

“It is clear that members of SSKM are dishonest and only wanted to create discord and disunity among the people in Sabah by using the anti-West Malaysia sentiment, although they know their actions are not realistic and are considered treason to the country.

“Let us move forward and by all means, we cannot gamble our future with something we know nothing at all,” he said.

Pindaan Akta Hasutan tumpu tiga elemen utama – Zahid

Dalam 20 hingga 30 tahun akan datang mungkin istilah yang ada pada hari ini tidak sesuai lagi, maka ini perlu dipersesuaikan untuk generasi akan datang

MELAKA: Pindaan Akta Hasutan 1948 yang akan dibentangkan di Parlimen pada Mac depan memberi penekanan kepada tiga elemen iaitu aspek media sosial, sensiviti agama dan isu Sabah dan Sarawak.

Menteri Dalam Negeri, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi berkata, pindaan itu bertujuan mengukuh akta dan menyesuaikannya dengan keperluan masa kini dan akan datang.

Menurut beliau, walaupun terdapat beberapa aspek lain yang perlu dilihat bagi memperkasakan akta tersebut, tiga elemen terbabit merupakan isu yang perlu diberi perhatian serius demi keselamatan dan keharmonian negara.

“Saya bersama Penasihat Undang-Undang kementerian akan mengadakan perbincangan dengan Peguam Negara dan pengamal perundangan untuk melihat beberapa aspek yang harus diperkasakan dan dipinda.

“Dalam 20 hingga 30 tahun akan datang mungkin istilah yang ada pada hari ini tidak sesuai lagi, maka ini perlu dipersesuaikan untuk generasi akan datang,” katanya, memetik laporan Utusan Online.

Jelas Ahmad Zahid, semasa Akta Hasutan digubal, media sosial masih belum wujud, malah beberapa medium komunikasi seperti yang ada pada masa kini juga tidak ada.

Selain itu, katanya, terlalu banyak isu keagamaan yang sensitif dibangkitkan pada masa kini bukan hanya oleh orang bukan Islam berkaitan isu pokok kedudukan Islam sebagai agama Persekutuan, tetapi juga oleh orang Islam yang memburukkan agama lain.

“Perkara ini tidak seharusnya dibiarkan begitu sahaja, tindakan mesti diambil dengan segera terhadap mana-mana individu yang menyentuh agama lain dengan niat untuk memburukkannya,” tegasnya.

Kata beliau, dalam soal Sabah dan Sarawak, sudah ada tindakan oleh individu atau kumpulan yang mahu membawa keluar negeri tersebut dari Malaysia, oleh itu perkara tersebut juga perlu disentuh di bawah Akta Hasutan.

Menurutnya, apabila pindaan akta tersebut dipersetujui oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong serta diwartakan pada tahun hadapan, maka Polis Diraja Malaysia dan Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) berupaya mengambil tindakan terhadap mana-mana individu atau kumpulan yang melanggar kesalahan di bawah akta berkenaan.

Sabah, Sarawak insulted again and again

East Malaysians resent it when politicians in the peninsula play to the gallery on issues concerning their destiny.

Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, speaking to the media after the Umno general assembly on Saturday, echoed a position long held by Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim: “Everything and anything can be discussed between Putrajaya and Sabah and Sarawak, but the question of their leaving Malaysia does not arise and is non-negotiable.”

That’s like a ruler talking down to his subjects, not something to be expected from a democratically elected leader who respects the people in Borneo as citizens.

Both Najib and his deputy, Muhyiddin Yassin, on an earlier occasion not so long ago in Sabah, had argued that “Sabah belongs to Malaysia” and outraged Borneo nationalists. That reminded them of the defunct Sulu Sultanate claiming that Sabah belongs to it, whatever that means.

Article 160 of the Federal Constitution clearly defines Federation as the Malayan Federation, no matter what name it goes by now. It was not the intention of the founding fathers of Sabah and Sarawak to join the Malayan Federation as the 12th and 13th states.

If there’s one thing that irks Sabahans and Sarawakians to no end, it’s the idea that Malay politicians across the divide in the peninsula must play to the gallery there on issues that concern their destiny. Najib’s Sedition Act pledges on Sabah and Sarawak, echoed by Home Minister Zahid Hamidi, won loud applause at the Umno General Assembly when the delegates should have in fact remained silent on the issue.

In the court of Borneo public opinion, the consensus is that Sabah and Sarawak must forge their own destiny and that Putrajaya’s propensity to continue to dictate to them after 51 years is unacceptable.

It’s not enough to say “non-negotiable and cannot leave Malaysia” and wave the Sedition Act. The people of Sabah and Sarawak resent the condescension, the presumption of lordship over them.

The Sedition Act itself without prejudice allows for legitimate criticism of the government’s mistakes. It does not prevent criticism of the ruling party or their leaders as politicians and party leaders.

It would be wrong in law for Putrajaya to use the intention of the British in introducing the Sedition Act in dealing with issues in Sabah and Sarawak.

Too little too late

In hindsight, it was Tunku Abdul Rahman who pledged in 1962/63 that “Malaya would not colonize Borneo after the British leave, and Borneo will be developed to be on par with Malaya”.

But Sabah and Sarawak continue to be the poorest states in the Federation. So, Najib offering to discuss the “oil royalty issue, power or any other matter we can agree to” may be a case of too little too late.

It was Najib himself and Petronas who had earlier dismissed the idea of revising the oil royalty upwards to a respectable 20 per cent from the current measly five per cent. Pakatan Rakyat, at the same time, has pledged 20 per cent oil royalty, not greater federal allocations as what the Barisan Nasional did. Unlike Putrajaya, Pakatan did not make the supreme insult of offering more allocations under corporate social responsibility.

Unlike BN, Pakatan has a finger on the pulse of Borneo. While Putrajaya is living in a state of denial, Pakatan has pledged to respect the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63). That means it thinks there’s still hope for a Federation of North Borneo, Sarawak and Malaysia under MA63, i.e. away from the 12th and 13th states status.

Najib, by offering dialogue on dead end issues and at the same time waving the Sedition Act on an issue of contention, has in fact closed the door to dialogue.

Deputy Home Minister Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, a Sarawakian, offered the “secessionists” unconditional dialogue not so long ago but may have been shot down since then by his political masters.

Revised Sedition Act to consider burden of proof on social media – Bernama

The burden to prove seditious or defamatory remarks made inside and outside social media are among the matters that will be scrutinised in a bid to improve the Sedition Act 1948.

Communication and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek said the burden to prove actual sedition and defamation, including for the cases brought to courts, should be taken into consideration as many social media users were using their nicknames or a fake identity.

"There's a suggestion for all media users to register (their true identity) with the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). Logically, it is doable, but technically, challenges await because some individuals registered as social media users, such as Facebook, from overseas. 

"In fact, Facebook is not registered under the MCMC. The public need to understand this," he said in Kuala Lumpur today.

Shabery also said Facebook registration did not require users to share their detailed information and this made it difficult to prove the identity of persons who abused the social media.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak recently announced that the Sedition Act would be maintained with improvements so that it would remain relevant with the change of time.

Shabery explained that it was also a big challenge for any country, including the developed ones, to prove that a social media user had committed a defamation or sedition offence.

"Maybe the other alternative is to foster cooperation with Facebook, Twitter and other social media, or to register IP addresses that will enable forensic work to be carried out to detect those involved," he said. – Bernama, December 1, 2014.

Najib bold, firm in retaining sedition law, say BN leaders – Bernama

Barisan Nasional (BN) component party leaders today hailed Datuk Seri Najib Razak as a “bold and firm” leader after the latter announced the decision to retain the Sedition Act 1948 at the Umno general assembly.

They said without such firmness, it would be difficult for the nation to maintain its peace and prosperity.

Parti Bersatu Sabah president Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan said the Umno president's firm decision could put to an end issues that should not have cropped up in the first place, including the secession of Sabah and Sarawak from Malaysia.

"We must have commitment concerning this situation, as such, there must be cooperation among us and we must take measures together to strengthen the nation's fighting spirit,” he said after Najib delivered the presidential policy speech at the 2014 Umno general assembly today.

Najib had said that the Sedition Act would be retained with the inclusion of two special provisions aimed at protecting the sanctity of Islam and other religions besides prosecuting those who incited for the separation of Sabah and Sarawak from Malaysia.

People's Progressive Party (PPP) president Tan Sri M. Kayveas said Najib's announcement was meant to issue a warning that the government would not compromise in achieving the objective of making Malaysia a peaceful pluralistic nation.

He said the decision made was in line with the current situation and to protect public interests.

Also concurring with the decision was the president of the Kongres India Muslim Malaysia (Kimma), Datuk Seri Syed Ibrahim Kader, who said the decision was made for the good of the nation. – Bernama, November 27, 2014.

Haram semua kempen bawa keluar Sabah, Sarawak dari Malaysia, kata Zahid

Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi hari ini menegaskan semua pertubuhan yang berkempen membawa Sabah dan Sarawak keluar dari Malaysia adalah haram, susulan pengumuman Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Razak mengekalkan Akta Hasutan.

Menteri dalam negeri itu berkata, kementerian sudah mengambil langkah membatalkan semua pertubuhan yang terlibat dalam kempen tersebut.

"Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) sudah ambil langkah membatalkan dan mengharamkan semua pertubuhan yang pemimpinnya berkempen di Sabah dan Sarawak mahu (membawanya) keluar dari Malaysia.

"Pendaftar Pertubuhan sudah mengazetkan (sebagai haram) semua nama pertubuhan berkenaan," katanya pada sidang media di Pusat Dagangan Dunia Putra hari ini semasa Perhimpunan Agung Umno yang berlangsung tiga hari mulai hari ini.

Mengenai pengumuman Najib, yang juga presiden Umno, hendak mengukuhkan akta itu termasuk mendakwa mereka yang terlibat dalam kempen tersebut, Zahid berkata, KDN akan mengambil tindakan sebaik ia berkuatkuasa.

"Jika akta ini dikuatkuasakan dengan mengambil kira dua perkara tadi, maka KDN melalui Polis Diraja Malaysia akan ambil tindakan," kata Zahid yang juga naib presiden Umno.

Najib semasa ucapan dasar hari ini secara terbuka mengumumkan Akta Hasutan 1948 akan terus dikekalkan dengan dua penambahbaikkan.

Ia akan diperkukuh dengan menambah peruntukan khas bagi melindungi kesucian agama Islam dan agama lain serta mengambil tindakan terhadap sesiapa yang menuntut pemisahan Sabah dan Sarawak dari Malaysia. – 27 November, 2014.

Putrajaya to look into extraditing East Malaysia Secessionists in United Kingdom

Putrajaya will await instructions from the Attorney-General's Chambers before looking at the possibility of extraditing Malaysians living abroad who are fuelling secession talk between East and West Malaysia, Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar told Parliament today.

The deputy home minister said very few police reports had been made against such groups and urged the public to lodge more reports.

"Based on the reports made, the police have investigated and sent the investigation papers to the A-G, but the A-G is still looking at it based on facts and provisions in law.

"Only after that can we talk about extradition, and although we have good relations with the authorities in England, we must first ensure that what is considered an offence here must also be considered an offence there," he said.

His reply prompted Chong Chien Jen (DAP-Bandar Kuching) to say that the majority in East Malaysia felt they were being treated as the “stepchild” by Putrajaya, especially Umno.

He said East Malaysians also felt that they were being left out of the wave of development and that the conditions set when Sabah and Sarawak joined Semenanjung were not being fulfilled.

Chong asked if Putrajaya would look into engaging and discussing with the groups that felt unhappy with the state of affairs instead of suppressing them.

Wan Junaidi said a small number supported the secession talk, adding that it was not possible to engage these people if they “were running off to England”.

As such, he said the approach taken by the federal government was correct.

Wan Junaidi also expressed confidence that Sabah and Sawarak would see exponential development over the next few years, as experienced in West Malaysia. – November 24, 2014.

SSKM-SSU(UK) OFFICIAL STATEMENT AGAINST RECENT WILD ACCUSATION FROM TEO CHEE KANG (LDP)

Greetings to all of the Independent people of the sovereign States of Sabah and Sarawak. I, Doris Jones, on behalf of the Sabah Sarawak Keluar Malaysia Group (SSKM), a movement under the patronage of Sabah Sarawak Union-UK (SSU-UK), LEGALLY registered under the Legislation of The United Kingdom and Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK), would like to make a formal statement against a recent remark made by a Minister of Sabah, Datuk Teo Chee Kang of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), which states "Masterminds behind secession identified". Datuk Teo Chee Kang is also a BN component party member of Tanjong Kapor, Kudat and is holding the portfolio as Minister of State Special Function.

Here, I will highlight his statement which was published in Borneo Post newspaper on the 14th of November 2014;

The minister said in a statement dated 13 November 2014 when he was in the State Legal Council (DUN) said that SSKM has caused problems and disrupted social harmony in this state (Sabah) [1]. Teo has stated that the issues in SSKM were raised by a small number of irresponsible groups of individuals [2]. Next, is pertaining to his statement that SSKM have also organized forums and a walk during the celebration of Independence Day [3].

This LDP member have also stated that "Although this (movement) is only provoked by a small member of the community, but it is seditious in nature and also provocative [4]. If it is not addressed, we are worried that this issue will deteriorate the harmony between the regions (in Malaysia) and challenge the Constitution of the country as well as threatening the country’s security” [5]. Lastly, he has stated in his statement that “Issues pertaining to SSKM merely involving a small number (of people) as the ‘silent majority’ don’t like what is happening now” [6].

Firstly [1], I beg this LDP member to explain in the deepest extent, supported with factual evidence, as well as listing down the types of problems and social disorders caused by SSKM all these while? Is it because of the exposure of the so-called ‘historical facts’ which are actually distorted, filled with irregularities, abuse, fraud, and conspiracies made by Barisan National (BN) and UMNO - which have been hidden from the awareness of the people of Negara Sabah – have caused problems and disorders towards social harmony? Or is it actually because it is threatening the position of government leaders and the cronies of BN-UMNO?

Secondly [2], I would like for a professional and mature clarification about the statement “SSKM issues were triggered by some irresponsible people”. Have I not been stating, since over two months ago that I am the person who takes full responsibility pertaining to all movement and activities of SSKM in Negara Sabah and Negara Sarawak. For that reason, I have also challenged the Prime Minister of Malaysia, the Minister of Internal Affair and the Police Commissioner of Sabah to sue me in the United Kingdom Court, in which I have presented this challenge and message via my personal Facebook page. Why? Because I am a responsible person.

Thirdly [3], the accusation made by the LDP member is nothing more than a MALICIOUS DEFAMATION by trying to link the activity organized by Borneo Heritage Foundation (BHF) in conjunction with the celebration of the 51st Independence Day of Sabah with SSKM. I would like to state formally here that the activity is NOT directly nor indirectly related with SSKM. No collaboration in any form was made between these two groups along the period of the event. On the other hand, the forum was organized by Progressive Institute Public Policy (PIPPA). However, I do not deny that I personally support both of the events by my personal capacity as a citizen of the Nation of Sabah, as the objectives of the events were to raise public awareness of the true history of Sabah, on top of promoting a sense of love towards Negara Sabah, Negara Sarawak and the Federation of Malaysia. It is clear that this accusation is a mere attempt to persuade the people of Sabah to go against any other programs such as these in the future. Do you realize that you yourself have just made a demagoguery and deception with malicious intention?

Fourth [4], if by education the people of Negara Sabah and Negara Sarawak about the true history, without the addition of misleading ‘facts’, based on proven facts, supported by unaltered documents stored in London, is  considered as “sedition” and “provocation”, therefore I will admit that I have indeed made a “sedition” and “provocation”. Yes, I have made “sedition” and “provocation” towards the people of Negara Sabah and Negara Sarawak, so that they will rise and be awaken from their sleep that all these while, they have been deceived, day and night, in life and death, without a hitch. However, if “not a sedition” is considered as a definition for the dissemination of slender, deception, manipulation of historical fact and so on, therefore I will decide to be categorized as being “seditious” and a “provocateur”  for the sake of awareness among the people of Negara Sabah and Negara Sarawak.

Fifth [5], I would like for you to answer with full honesty, as citizen of Negara Sabah. All these while, who are the ones who actually have been posing a threat against Regional Harmony and National Constitution as well as against National Security? If you are true to yourself, then you should know better. Let me explain briefly. The Malayan leaders are the ones who are responsible all these while to threaten the harmony, constitution and security since the beginning of the formation of Malaysian Federation. The leaders of Negara Sabah and Negara Sarawak have been toppled down by dirty, cunning and malicious political game of the Malayan leaders, who have incited local leaders to overthrow the Sabah and Sarawak government back then, while they were governing based on the original concept of the federation enshrined in the Malaysian Agreement.

The Malayan leaders have also altered the Constitution aggressively, as soon as Singapore quit the federation. The security of Negara Sabah has always been under threat while we are under the government of Barisan Nasional and UMNO. Why? Because they are inducing fear among the Sabahan people so that they will win the people’s vote to keep their power over Sabah. The Silent Riot in 1986 in Kota Kinabalu and the Tanduo Intrusion were actually orchestrated by UMNO-BN. Have things like these ever happen to Negara Sarawak? No. Why? Because there are no UMNO or any coalition parties from Malaya in Negara Sarawak. Sarawak is governed by BN component party which consists of local nationalist parties.

I would like to take this opportunity to suggest that you would refer to an exposure based on a research made by Mr. Zainnal Ajaimain, who has unraveled all the questions that have been lingering in the minds of the people in Negara Sabah and Negara Sarawak. Sixth and the final one [6], I leave the matter in the hands of the people of Sabah and Sarawak nationals. Whether they struggle against this, it is their right. Similarly, those who support this struggle, it is their inalienable right. Nobody have the right to force anyone to support it or against it. This is because the history of Negara Sabah have proven that a government who are oppressing the people will come to an end in an instance once the people starts to rise. I do not deny that there are those who would go against this cause, however based on my personal observation, majority of the people are supporting it. “Silent Majority” is a monster much feared by any government. Are you absolutely sure that the “Silent Majority” is in your (the government) side? We shall see in PRU-14.

I do not deny that harassment from leaders and supporters of BN-UMNO is booming, however the support from the people of Negara Sabah and Negara Sarawak have also continues to intensify to the extent that they are not afraid to give statement in the police station. If arrested, for them, life and death is only once. If they shall die, they shall die as a National Warrior and never as a traitor who ruined the Nation.

Action to be taken against group behind Sabah, Sarawak secession

KOTA KINABALU: The masterminds behind the alleged Sabah, Sarawak secession move have been identified by the security authorities and action would be taken against them.

State Special Functions Minister Datuk Teo Chee Kang said this in response to Jeremy Malajad (Independent-Kadamaian), Datuk Abdul Rahim Ismail (BN-Pantai Manis) and Limus Jury (BN-Kuala Penyu), at the State Legislative Assembly today.

He said the government viewed the issue, sparked by a small irresponsible group, seriously.

If left unchecked, it could threaten national harmony and security, according to him.

Meanwhile, state Tourism, Culture and Environment assistant minister Datuk Kamarlin Ombi said based on the federal Tourism and Culture Ministry’s report, the number of unlicensed tourist guides in Sabah is minimal.

“An unlicensed tourist guide could be fined up to RM7,000 or sentenced to up to two years’ imprisonment if found guilty,” he said in response to a question from Datuk Samsudin Yahya (BN-Sekong).

On permit compliance by tourist boat operators, Kamarlin said the licence is issued through the Port and Wharf Department and Marine Department, but the enforcement is done by the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency.-Bernama

Sabah Terdedah Kepada Penaklukan Negara Lain Jika Keluar Malaysia

KOTA KINABALU, 10 Nov (Bernama) -- Sabah terdedah kepada minat negara lain untuk menakluki negeri ini jika usaha membawa Sabah keluar dari Malaysia dan menjadi sebuah negara, berjaya dilakukan.

Datuk Seri Nasir Tun Sakaran (BN-Senallang) tidak menolak kemungkinan minat negara lain terhadap Sabah masih wujud seperti sebelum pembentukan Malaysia dahulu.

"Pada masa akan datang, tidak mustahil minat itu (negara lain terhadap Sabah) masih mendalam. Malah, rasa ghairah kepada Sabah akan menyebabkan mereka (negara lain) menakluki negeri kita pula melalui ketenteraan dan pelbagai kekerasan lain.

"Justeru, janganlah kita bermain dengan isu sebegini (usaha bawa Sabah keluar dari Malaysia).

"Hanya kerana kepentingan peribadi seseorang atau sekelompok manusia, maka keharmonian dan kesejahteraan rakyat di negeri ini keseluruhannya akan tergadai," katanya ketika membahaskan Bajet Negeri 2015 pada persidangan Dewan Undangan Negeri Sabah di sini pada Isnin.

Nasir membangkitkan hasutan golongan tertentu berhubung isu membawa Sabah dan Sarawak keluar dari Malaysia (SSKM).

Katanya rakyat harus bersyukur kerana berpeluang hidup dalam sebuah negara seperti Malaysia.

Beliau mengakui pelbagai cabaran melanda Malaysia ke arah menjadi sebuah negara yang aman dan makmur.

Namun, negara tidak ketandusan pemimpin hebat yang sentiasa mengemudi negara, katanya.

Oleh itu, beliau berharap rakyat, khususnya di Sabah dan Sarawak, bijak menangani sentimen seperti yang dimainkan menerusi SSKM.

"Saya yakin rakyat semakin matang dan sedar bahawa bukan mudah untuk mengurus sebuah negara.

"Pengalaman selepas merdeka memberi banyak pengajaran berguna bagaimana payahnya untuk membangun dan menjadikan Malaysia dari sebuah negara kecil bersumberkan pertanian kepada negara perindustrian yang maju dan berpendapatan tinggi," katanya.

Kerajaan pandang serius isu SSKM

KOTA KINABALU 13 Nov. – Kerajaan memandang serius isu ‘dicetuskan’ oleh kumpulan yang mena­makan diri mereka sebagai Sabah Sarawak Keluar Malaysia (SSKM) berikutan kenyataan berbaur ha­sutan dikeluarkan.

Menteri Tugas-Tugas Khas negeri, Datuk Teo Chee Kang berkata, tindakan kumpulan ber­kenaan mengeluarkan kenyataan di internet, mengadakan forum serta protes dilihat sengaja mahu mencetuskan kontroversi.

“Jika perkara seumpama ini tidak dibendung, ini boleh menggugat keharmonian antara wilayah dan mencabar Perlembagaan Persekutuan malah boleh mengancam keselamatan,” kata­nya dalam sidang Dewan Undangan Negeri hari ini.

Beliau menjawab soalan Datuk Ukoh Jeremy Malajad (Bebas-Kadamaian) berhubung tindakan yang diambil kerajaan bagi menangani isu SSKM, khususnya menghasut supaya Sabah dan Sarawak keluar dari Malaysia.

Mengulas lanjut Chee Kang memberitahu, pihak berkuasa keselamatan telah mengenal pasti pihak yang menjadi dalang dalam isu terbabit.

Ujarnya, tindakan lanjut sedang dijalankan oleh pihak berkuasa bagi menangani isu itu.

“Isu ini akan ditangani dengan sedaya upaya oleh kerajaan sehingga tidak lagi menimbulkan masalah dan mengganggu keharmonian masyarakat di negeri ini,” katanya.

SSKM's STATEMENT AGAINST UPKO PRESIDENT

With reference to the statement made by Wilfred Madius Tangau (the acting President of UPKO) entitled “Don’t be Influenced by SSKM, UPKO Members Told”, I would like to make a statement pertaining to the position of SSKM and myself, referring to the legislation of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

SSKM – Sabah Sarawak Keluar Malaysia group created on Facebook, is a movement under Sabah Sarawak Union (United Kingdom), registered under the Freedom of Expression Act, United Kingdom. I hereby admit that I, Doris Jones, a Sabahan Native, is the founder of SSKM Group who also holds the post as Chairperson of Sabah Sarawak Union (UK).

According to the statement by the former UPKO President which says “if she (Doris Jones) really wants, then she should come back and cooperate with the authorities as she is not here but in London,” however, as far as I am concerned, and also my personal attorney, I have not committed any crime worthy of punishment under any statutes, and I have never asked any favour nor help from the Malaysian Government to assist our movement; therefore why should I turn myself in? Is turning myself in is a way to threaten the Sabahan people to keep shutting their mouths?

Tangau has also stated that UPKO Youth Movement have lodged a report against SSKM Facebook group; whereby I myself is not able to see why UPKO, a party proudly made a representative of the natives of Sabah, willing to betray their own people? Why is it that the natives of Sabah are not allowed to know their true history; as that is the true purpose of SSKM.

He has also stated that the statement given by the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) is unsatisfactory, which leads him and some others to pursue this matter further at the Royal Malaysian Police Headquarters in Bukit Aman. I accept this challenge; if he wants me to cooperate, then he is the one who should look for me with a warrant, for as far as I’m concerned there is no legislation that would allow anyone to arrest me without a warrant.

Wilfred Tangau also questioned Point 7 in the 20 Points Agreement. This is not a question for me to answer as we, the betrayed Sabahan, have been questioning on the legitimacy of the Malaysian Agreement and Constitution. Therefore I ask you this; is there any article in the constitution which calls for Sabahan to betray their very own people? Why only Point 7 came up to be questioned and what about the other remaining 19 points?

In the news statement, Tangau also stated; “The Federal Government has no rights to get the five percent”. I, together with all Sabahan would want to know, who have been enjoying the 5% of Sabah’s petroleum revenue? I demand further explanation from Wilfred Tangau about his statement that the Federal Government is receiving 5%, it means the rest of the percentage of the revenue goes to Sabah. If this is true, then where is the total oil revenue that Sabah should have been receiving?

I will not touch on RCI, however on behalf of the rest of Sabah, I would like to see UPKO’s contribution pertaining to this issue.

Once again, I would like to stress out that SSKM will continue to move forward, for as long as I am not sentenced in court in where I am residing now, or in the Malaysian Court.

I am also ready to face any Malaysian Embassy in Europe on this issue, on the condition that a warrant has to be presented to my attorney.

UPKO is supposed to stand for the people of Sabah, not against them.

Minister admits he is powerless to control Facebook

Facebook users are not registered in Malaysia but overseas.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Communication and Multimedia minister admitted today that his ministry was powerless to control Facebook because most users did not use their real names when registering for an account.

The minister Shabery Cheek also said his ministry did not have the authority to close Facebook accounts.

“We can request to close the FB account but in the end it’s still up to FB whether to close it down or not. When they (FB users) register, they’re registering with FB, not us.” he said.

Facebook postings came under scrutiny recently, especially the postings of sex-blogger Alvin Tan and his girlfriend.

Tan’s most recent posting insulted the IGP while a Sabah and Sarawak Facebook group called for secession.

Shabery said Tan who was charged under the Communication and Multimedia Act, had his case postponed and had now resorted to posting insulting statements from overseas.

“Since our national law will not be applicable overseas, we can’t do much,” the minister said.

Shabery was responding to a question by Noh Haji Omar (Tanjong Karang) on issues of media freedom.

Shabery said there were 19.2 million Internet users and the Communication and Multimedia Ministry had received 1,225 complaints regarding the misuse of social media; representing only 0.006% of overall users.

He also said the government had no intention to ban Facebook as was the case in China .

UPKO against secession campaign

PUTATAN: United Pasokmomogun KadazanDusun Murut Organization (UPKO) does not agree with the views of the ‘Sabah dan Sarawak Keluar Malaysia’ (SSKM) movement allegedly being campaigned by an individual named Doris Jones through the social media.

Its acting president, Datuk Wilfred Madius Tangau, said that UPKO rejected the campaign as it was being undertaken by an individual who is said to be from Sarawak but residing in London.

“We urge UPKO members not to be involved in the SSKM campaign as it could confuse the rakyat as a whole. I also advise UPKO members to refrain from forwarding the campaign to others on the social media,” Tangau said, when met after officiating the UPKO Penampang, Putatan, Kota Kinabalu and Sepanggar divisions’ joint convention here yesterday.

The Tuaran member of parliament also pointed out that a culture has emerged where people are simply forwarding messages, articles and things they received via social media.

“Copy, paste, forward, that is what is happening and some do not read what they receive thoroughly or even understand the contents of what they are forwarding to others. In this case, it is the SSKM campaign and I advise UPKO members not to forward the campaign through the social media.

“This is a woman who is reportedly in London, who has not been to Sabah for a long time and is said to be from Sarawak, who have succeeded in influencing the public through the social media. They are possessed by the emotion and confidence with what she is doing … by simply opening a Facebook account under the name SSKM and uploading forms in the page.

“People are now asking ‘have you signed the form? Have you showed your support? Don’t you want to be a member of SSKM? But the issue here is, Doris John is not here, she is in London,” he stressed.

According to Madius, Doris had said she was ready to be questioned by the law but how can that be done when she is in London and the existing law does not allow Malaysia to bring her back for questioning.

“So we say to her, come back and face the music… if indeed she is responsible like she claimed,” he said.

In his speech earlier Madius said that UPKO Youth and Komulakan movements had lodged police reports some time ago and urged the police to investigate Facebook accounts that are anti-Semenanjung, Sabah and Sarawak.

“This includes SSKM,” he said.

Madius added that many of those who were influenced by the SSKM campaign were those who were always harping about the 20 Points memorandum.

“But we ask if they understand the 20 Points memorandum and most importantly do they understand and remember Point 7 in the memorandum? Point 7 says ‘There shall be no right to secede from the Federation’. So if they are championing for the 20 Points, are they also not fighting for Point 7?” he said.

Meanwhile, to a question of unity in the UPKO’s leadership, Madius said that the party and its leaders were united and they had taken the initiative to unify themselves.

“We have now appointed all the necessary people to the supreme council. Datuk Dr Ewon Ebin has been appointed as vice president and UPKO Keningau division chief Datuk Justin Guka has been appointed as a supreme council member.

“We have taken many other measures to unite the party members and I am satisfied with the development. I am confident that the unity in UPKO will be further strengthened,” he said.

Keselamatan Sabah terjejas jika keluar Malaysia

SEMPORNA - Menteri Kemajuan Luar Bandar dan Wilayah, Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal sekali lagi meminta rakyat Sabah dan Sarawak supaya tidak terpengaruh dengan pihak yang mahukan kedua-dua negeri itu keluar daripada Persekutuan Malaysia.

   

Beliau berkata rakyat Sabah dan Sarawak perlu berfikir dengan mendalam kesan perkara itu, sebelum menyokong suara yang boleh mengugat keselamatan khususnya di pantai timur Sabah.

"Saya sangat berharap penduduk khususnya di Sabah tidak terpengaruh dan menyokong mereka. Pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab itu pandai memutar belitkan fakta...namun, mereka tidak pernah memikirkan nasib rakyat khususnya di kawasan pantai timur Sabah yang pernah diceroboh awal tahun lepas.

"Rakyat perlu tahu jika Sabah dan Sarawak keluar dari Malaysia, kesan terhadap keselamatan di Sabah sangat berat. Kita tidak mahu ada pihak cuba menceroboh dan menuntut Sabah seperti sebelum ini, akhirnya keselamatan penduduk di pantai timur Sabah terancam," katanya.

Beliau berkata demikian kepada pemberita selepas merasmikan Mesyuarat Perwakilan Umno Bahagian Semporna di sini, hari ini.

Pada masa sama, Mohd Shafie yang juga Naib Presiden Umno berharap penduduk di Sabah dan Sarawak diberi penerangan mengenai fakta sejarah penubuhan Malaysia supaya mereka tidak mudah terpangaruh dengan fakta yan diputarbelitkan.

   

"Mereka perlu mengetahui sejarah Sabah dan Sarawak sebelum bergabung dengan Malaya untuk membentuk Malaysia. Pungutan suara dilakukan ke atas semua penduduk pada masa itu dan mereka bersetuju untuk bergabung," katanya.

Terdahulu, dalam ucapannya, Mohd Shafie meminta anggota parti supaya terus memainkan peranan membantu pucuk pimpinan menyelasaikan masalah rakyat di peringkat akar umbi.

"Semua anggota di setiap cawangan Umno perlu melakukan pemantauan agar bantuan kerajaan sampai kepada rakyat di peringkat akar umbi," katanya. - Bernama

Wajarkah UMNO terus berkuasa di sabah?

Salah satu manipulasi Kuala Lumpur terhadap politik Sabah: Mengguling Kerajaan Sabah yang tidak Akur Kepada Kehendak Kuala Lumpur.

Sejak Sabah memperoleh kemerdekaan pada 31hb Ogos 1963, Kuala Lumpur telah memastikan supaya mana-mana Ketua Manteri Sabah tidak akan bertahan lama apabila mereka tidak akur kepada kehendak Kuala Lumpur;

1. Donald Stephen (Tun Fuad) telah digulingkan dari jawatan Ketua Menteri Sabah pertama digantikan Datu Mustapha (Tun) dengan penglibatan pemimpin Kuala Lumpur (Syed Kechik sebagai penasihat kepada Tun Mustapha dikatakan telah memainkan peranan penting dalam hal ini). Ini kerana Donald Stephen sebagai Ketua Menteri Sabah pertama telah memperlihatkan kesungguhannya mempertahankan Konsep Asal Pembentukan Malaysia iaitu ‘rakan sama rata’. Tindakan serupa juga dilakukan oleh Kuala Lumpur untuk menggulingkan Stephen Kalong Ningkan, Ketua Menteri Sarawak pertama.

2. Keengganan Tun Datu Mustapha, Ketua Menteri Sabah untuk tunduk kepada kehendak Kuala Lumpur pada tahun 1975, menyebabkan Kuala Lumpur tidak selesa dan melihat tindak-tanduk Tun Datu Mustapha sebagai menggagalkan usaha Kuala Lumpur untuk terus menguasai Sabah. Keengganan Tun Datu Mustapha untuk menyerahkan kekuasaan minyak petroleum Sabah kepada Kuala Lumpur melalui Petronas, tidak menyenangkan Kuala Lumpur. Difahamkan bahawa Tun Datu Mustapha menuntut supaya Sabah mendapat 35% daripada hasil minyak petroleum Sabah, sedangkan Kuala Lumpur hanya mahu memberi 5% kepada Sabah. Dengan fitnah bahawa kononnya Tun Datu Mustapha sedang merancang membawa keluar Sabah dari Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur menaja Parti BERJAYA untuk menumbangkan USNO dalam pilihan raya negeri pada tahun 1976. Dalam pilihanraya tersebut, USNO telah tumbang di tangan BERJAYA.

3. Tun Fuad, Ketua Menteri di bawah Kerajaan Berjaya pula telah ditimpa nahas kapal terbang dalam penerbangan balik ke Kota Kinabalu dari Labuan. Tun Fuad tidak menandatangani perjanjian penyerahan kuasa petroleum kepada Petronas dalam pertemuannya dengan rombongan Kuala Lumpur di Labuan kerana, baginya perkara itu harus dibawa dalam mesyuarat kabinet dahulu. Datuk Haris Salleh, Ketua Menteri Sabah yang telah menggantikan Tun Fuad Stephen telah mendapat sokongan sepenuhnya oleh Kuala Lumpur dengan kenyataan Mahathir, “berenang dan tenggalam bersama Berjaya”. Datuk Haris Salleh telah menandatangani penyerahan kekuasan petroleum Sabah kepada Kuala Lumpur melalui Petronas, pada 14hb Jun 1976, iaitu 8 hari selepas nahas kapal terbang yang meragut nyawa Tun Fuad dan rakan-rakannya, tanpa dibawa dalam perbincangan kabinet menterinya.

4. Apabila Kerajaan Berjaya ditumbangkan PBS dalam pilihan raya 1985, Datuk Joseph Pairin (Tan Sri) tidak mendapat sokongan sepenuhnya oleh Kuala Lumpur kerana perjuangan PBS pimpinan Datuk Joseph Pairin Kitingan (Tan Sri) pada ketika itu dilhat mencabar kepimpinan Persekutuan dengan mengungkit hal berkaitan dengan Perkara 20 dan Perjanjian Malaysia yang di perkenalkan oleh Datuk Dr Jeffrey dalam perjuangan PBS. Peruntukan wajip dari kerajaan pusat di sekat sebanyak boleh di waktu era pemerintah Mahathir.Kerajaan pada waktu itu banyak menggunakan hasil negeri sahaja , walaupun minyak gas sabah sebenarnya banyak yang di kaut kerajaan pusat, Labuan pula tergadai oleh Haris. walaupun Haris tahu hasil utama gas minyak ada di Labuan,kerana mahukan nama dan pangkat dan bertindak akur dengan KL.

Sejak UMNO menguasai kerajaan negeri, Ketua Menterinya amat selesa kerana tidak lagi diganggu Kuala Lumpur. Ini kerana Kerajaan Negeri Sabah di bawah pimpinannya sentiasa tunduk kepada Kuala Lumpur termasuklah menyerahkan beratus ribu ekar tanah Sabah kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan syarikat-syarikat gergasi Malaya dan bekerjasama memberi kerakyatan kepada pendatang tanpa izin demi kepentingan politik mereka.

Ini semua tidak disedari oleh orang asal Sabah selama ini dan saling menyalahkan sesama sendiri tanpa mengambil usaha memahami 'tangan-tangan ghaib' dari Malaya yang telah memainkan peranan.

No need for referendum in Sabah, S’wak

There are more people in the two states who want to be in Malaysia than out.

KOTA KINABALU: There is no need for a referendum to determine whether Sabah and Sarawak want out of the Malaysian Federation, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Nancy Shukri said today.

She said the people of Malaysia, including those in Sabah and Sarawak, had worked as a team to develop the country and it was unfair to neglect those who helped Sabah and Sarawak achieve “what they have today”.

“I don’t think there is a need for that yet. There is no need for a referendum because there are more people talking about being in Malaysia, rather than out.

“That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t fight for development to be on par with our counterparts in Peninsular Malaysia,” said Shukri after launching the Seminar on Rights and Issues of Women and Children at Wisma Wanita today.

The seminar was organised by the Judicial and Legal Training Institute (Ilkap), an agency under the Prime Minister’s Department, in collaboration with the Sabah Women Advisory Council. Also present was Sabah attorney-general and council chairman Mariati Robert.

She was asked on whether there was a need for a referendum in Sabah and Sarawak, as was enacted by the United Kingdom government in Scotland.

Nancy, who is also the Batang Sadong MP, said the people of Sabah and Sarawak enjoyed development under Malaysia, including education, security and infrastructure, and were accorded some of the special rights.

She also reiterated that the Sedition Act 1948 was essential in safeguarding security, harmony and unity in the country. – Bernama

Tujuan pendedahan ini adalah kerana mereka yang terlibat dalam perancangan ini berasa bersalah serta berdosa untuk melaksanakan permainan kotor umno yang diketuai oleh rahman dahlan dan salleh keruak.

Berdasarkan maklumat daripada pihak yang memberikan informasi ini, salleh keruak dan rahman dahlan berpakat untuk tidak melakukan sebarang pembaikan pulih jalan raya, infrastruktur di Kota Belud untuk ketika ini. Ini kerana mereka hanya akan melakukannya ketika menjelang pilihan raya untuk menipu dan mengaburi mata-mata orang Kota Belud yang majoritinya berbangsa Bajau dan Dusun.

Mereka juga telah berpakat untuk meminta peruntukkan untuk membina perumahan PPRT untuk orang Kota Belud untuk dijadikan umpan meraih sokongan ketika mengundi. Bagaimana? Kononnya, jikalau mereka yang mengundi bn-umno iaitu dengan mengekalkan rahman dahlan sebagai ahli parlimen dan salleh keruak sebagai ahli DUN Sabah, nama mereka akan disenaraikan untuk menerima bantuan perumahan PPRT. Sedangkan itu adalah umpan mereka untuk memperbodohkan orang Kota Belud. Ini kerana mereka katakan Orang Dusun "Senang Disusun" dan Orang Bajau "Senang Ditapau".

Ahli-ahli komponen bn yang menghadiri mesyuarat rahsia tersebut berasa tersinggung namun terpaksa bertahan telinga.

rahman dahlan dan juga salleh keruak merancang untuk memberikan pancingan duit sebanyak RM1500 untuk setiap seorang (daripada etnik Bajau SAHAJA) yang mengundi bn-umno dan RM150 kepada etnik Dusun. Tersinggung dengan permainan duit yang tidak adil untuk meraih undi untuk pru 14 ini telah membuatkan mereka nekad untuk membocorkan perancangan strategi ini agar bn-umno dapat ditumbangkan.

Kata mereka "untuk apa mengangkat pengkhianat bangsa ini menjadi pemimpin Negara Sabah? mereka ini telah menjangkiti penyakit khianat mereka kepada kami. Ini kalilah bn-umno mesti tumbang!" 

Untuk pengetahuan umum, rahman dahlan dan salleh keruak kini sangat aktif bergerak ke sana dan ke sini untuk mengugut serta menakutkan rakyat. Baru-baru ini, rahman dahlan telah pergi ke ums dan mengugut pelajar-pelajar ums untuk tidak mempercayai kata-kata Pejuang Nasionalis Negara Sabah. Dia juga menakutkan pelajar dengan ugutan digantung serta dibuang pengajian. Di Kota belud pula, mereka aktif membuat lawatan ke sekolah-sekolah dan masuk ke kampung-kampung untuk menyebarkan kebencian terhadap Datuk Dr.Jeffrey dan kumpulan Pejuang-pejuang Kebangsaan Negara Sabah yang rancak dan aktif bergerak di seluruh pelusuk Negara Sabah.

rahman dahlan dan juga salleh keruak telah menunjukkan kebencian serta kemarahan terhadap Doris Jones kerana pendedahan beliau telah membuka keburukan umno-bn yang telah menyebabkan kini bn-umno dilabelkan sebagai parti pengkhianat dan penjajah. Sememangnya itulah realitinya namun rahman dahlan dan salleh keruak berusaha untuk menyembunyikan perkara tersebut kerana takut periuk nasi terjejas.

Ugutan demi ugutan telah disebarkan ke seluruh kota belud. Mereka percaya bahawa dengan ugutan tersebut etnik Dusun akan tersusun rapi dan etnik Bajau akan dapat ditapau semua untuk pru14.

Setelah perkara ini didedahkan, adakah anda semua mahu berdiam? Apakah anda etnik Dusun ini senang disusun dan etnik Bajau senang ditapau? jikalau anda berasa marah akan pengkhianatan rahman dahlan ini, maka sebarkan kepada semua orang kampung di Kota Belud agar tidak termakan pancingan Pengkhianat-pengkhianat ini...

ahli-ahli komponen bn daripada pbs, pbrs serta upko yang hadir pada mesyuarat-mesyuarat sebelum ini terpaksa mengikut rentak permainan rahman dahlan dan juga salleh keruak demi menjaga periuk nasi mereka. Mereka juga bersedia untuk menafikan sekeras-kerasnya jikalau dituduh membocorkan info ini. Siapakah mereka-mereka yang mendedahkan maklumat ini? Mereka adalah golongan pemimpin yang mahu kembali kepada Perjuangan untuk Memartabatkan Bangsa Negara Sabah... Akhir kata mereka, "seburuk-buruknya parti tempatan, lebih buruk lagi parti-parti malaya (umno, mca, gerakan, pas, dap, pkr)..."
