153-FEDERAL CONSTITUTION
References :
Article 153 of the Constitution of Malaysia grants the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King of Malaysia) responsibility for “safeguarding"the special position of the ‘Malays’and natives of any of the States of Sabah and Sarawak and the legitimate interests of other communities” and goes on to specify ways to do this, such as establishing quotas for entry into the civil service, public scholarships and public education.
Article 153 is one of the most controversial articles in the Malaysian constitution. Critics consider it to create an unnecessary and racialist distinction between Malaysians of different ethnic backgrounds, because it has led to the implementation of affirmative action policies which benefit only the Bumiputra, who comprise a majority of the population. Technically, discussing the repeal of Article 153 is illegal— even in Parliament, although it was drafted as a temporary provision to the Constitution. Despite this prohibition on discussion, the article is heatedly debated both privately and publicly among Malaysians. Opposition groups, especially the Democratic Action Party[citation needed], are often against the implementation of the article although ostensibly maintaining support for it. Nevertheless, the article is viewed as a sensitive matter by many, with politicians who are in favor or oppose it often being labelled as racist.

3 "L"
3L- The worries are valid and understandable. If we want to look how these 3 territories in the future of our Sovereign Borneo lets look at history first:
LAWAS
✬✬✬..
As you can see Sarawak was at an expansion campaign . Yes Sarawak was an active invader on the Borneo island. By 1853, areas as far as Sibu were under Rajah Brooke's control. By 1861, Rajah Brooke controlled as far as Bintulu when Sultan Abdul Momin was forced to surrender that area as far as Tanjong Kidurong. By 1882 Baram. By 1884, Trusan and 1905 Lawas. SO LAWAS was part of Sarawak.
LIMBANG:
✬✬✬..
When Sultan Hashim took the throne, he took steps to preserve the rest of Brunei's territory. He tried to recover Limbang when Charles Brooke occupied it. Nevertheless, he was not able to do so and he did not manage to prevent further loss of Brunei's territories. Sultan Hashim did not have the military power to enforce the amanat. During those early years of his reign, Sultan Hashim faced the greatest difficulties. He faced pressure from Rajah Brooke and North Borneo Company.
In 1887, Sultan Hashim wrote to seek help from Queen Victoria imploring the British Government not to carry out the British plan's to subdivide Brunei further until the Sultan only govern the area of what is currently Brunei District.
When Sir Frederic Weld visited Brunei in 1887, Sultan Hashim called upon him to help protect Brunei. Sir Frederic Weld, the Governor of Straits Settlement, pointed out the best way the British can help was to have a British Resident advising Brunei. This led to the Protectorate Agreement between Brunei and United Kingdom in 1888.
Sultan Hashim agreed to sign the Agreement because he wanted to prevent further erosion of Brunei's territory. However, despite this historic agreement, the British Government failed to take any action against Charles Brooke for seizing Limbang in 1890. It was in 1889 when Charles Brooke insisted that Limbang be annexed to Sarawak. However, Sultan Hashim strongly opposed his demand. The British Government also refused to approve the ceding of Limbang. But Charles Brooke seized Limbang by force on 17th March 1890. So LIMBANG may indeed fall back to Brunei or we can form an alliance with Brunei to solve this problem.
LABUAN:
✬✬✬..
Labuan is recognized as part of Sabah. Then given to the Federal government. If Malaysia ceased to exist hence there is no need for a federal territory. So Labuanese can held a referendum to be part of Sabah back or we make labuan a neutral state since it is located between 3 great Borneo nation i.e. .Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei

ATKINSON CLOCK TOWER

ATKINSON CLOCK TOWER
Kota Kinabalu (Capital City)
One of the most enduring landmarks in Kota Kinabalu, it stands prominently on a bluff along Signal Hill Road adjacent to the old Police Station. Built in 1903, this all-wood, no-nails structure was built in memory of Francis George Atkinson - the popular first District Officer of Jesselton during the British North Borneo Chartered Company Administration, who had succumbed to a tropical disease at the young age of 28.
This Clock Tower has the distinction of being the oldest standing structure in the whole of Sabah that survived the destruction of Jesselton town during World War II. Till today, it still serves to keep the city's time.
KERAJAAN MALAYA & MALAYSIA BERBEZA
My answer to this question...
1. Malaysia Agreement 1963 is no longer valid due to Singapore been kicked out from Malaysia Formation
2. Both Sabah and Sarawak were being suppressed by Malaya government for 49 years in all aspects.
3. You are wrong when you said Malaya exist from 1957 until 1963 because the agreement of Malaysia 1963 shows that four countries forming Malaysia. From that agreement, it NEVER MENTION THAT SABAH AND SARAWAK ARE EQUAL PARTNER WITH THE state IN MALAYA. IT ONLY MENTION THAT SABAH SARAWAK WERE EQUAL PARTNER WITH MALAYA (all the state in malaya~ 11 state.)
4. IT DOES MENTION THAT ANY AGREEMENT, IT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3/4 VOTE AMONG THE FOUR COUNTRIES. BUT THE DECISION MADE BY TAR WERE NEVER GET APPROVAL FROM THE LEADER OF SABAH AND SARAWAK. THE LEADER OF BOTH COUNTRY ONLY BEEN INFORMED AFTER MALAYA KICKED SINGAPORE AND OUR LEADER WERE SO ANGRY BY THIS ACTION! NEVER EVER GET ANY NOTICE BEFORE THE ACTION!
5. Please refer to the Original Malaysia Agreement 1963 which stated that, each country must manage their own except the certain part that the leader already agree. Sabah and Sarawak have 20 and 18 points that Malaya MUST RESPECT! But for 49 years, they never ever respect it and they trying so hard to vanish it.
6. WE DID NOT REBEL BUT WE CLAIMED OUR RIGHTS AS AN EQUAL PARTNER! BUT WHAT HAPPENED BACK THEN, MALAYA DID SOMETHING THAT SABAHAN PEOPLE WILL NEVER EVER FORGIVE... DOUBLE SIX TRAGEDY! AND THE FIRST CHIEF MINISTER OF SARAWAK WAS SACKED BY MALAYA DUE TO TRYING TO SECEDE FROM THIS FORMATION. SABAH AND SARAWAK HAVE THE RIGHTS TO SECEDE BECAUSE THE AGREEMENT 1963 IS INVALID AND NULLIFIED.
7. Your History Teacher taught you the wrong history. They trying to hide the fact so that the people of Sabah and Sarawak will never ever know and learn about what is happening in the past. We cannot except what malayan teacher taught us even our educated history teacher also teach the wrong history. I want to ask you, did you ever heard about 18 and 20 points of Sabah and Sarawak.... Will you tell me what is the content of that agreement?
8. All states in Malaya were colonized by British! They only have one independence day~ 31 AUGUST 1957. They are not Independence state before 1957! Get your fact correct!
9. Our history is different! Pahang, perlis and all the eleven area were called state which is Sabah we just call them as District. All the eleven states are just equal to our district in Sabah and Sarawak such as Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Kuching, Miri and many more... Look at the size of the area. Your teacher teach you to believe in that way.... I won't blame you for that... But we Sabahan and Sarawakian people do not look in that way... Your History teacher that were sent to Sabah and Sarawak trying to brainwash our generation mind to believe is such history. But they cannot fool us who know the real history.
10. One more thing, SABAH AND SARAWAK NEVER EVER JOIN MALAYSIA!!! By saying that we join Malaysia... That would mean "Malaysia" is already exist... Please get yourselves do the real research... But don't read or search the Malaysia History made by Malaya... SABAH AND SARAWAK TOGETHER WITH SINGAPORE AND MALAYA FORMED "MALAYSIA". "MALAYSIA" WERE NAMED BY SABAH AND SARAWAK. IT'S ALL NOTED IN 18 & 20 POINTS OF AGREEMENT 1963. YOUR GOVERNMENT WANT THE FORMATION TO BE NAME "MELAYU RAYA" BUT WE OBJECT IT! DID YOU GET IT???!

By reading the above news, it is well known as only the existing government ways of governing the country by divided and rules. Ethnicity is one special word and status for Sabah and Sarawak Nations. These is also shown that Malaysian Government have put their people to so called High Class and Lower Class according to races , ethnicity and religions.
The fact has been found in world researches about "The Benefits of Mixed Marriages" are :-
Other benefits of mixed marriages would be that the child would learn more tolerance and respect towards all races. Such children may be open to new ideas, and less hostile regarding one's religious creed or nationality. Many wars are fought over both religion and patriotic fanaticism, and a child of mixed background is not going to really purely identify with either one of the other racial background, thus, the child is less susceptible to being nationalistic to a fanatical degree.

TANYA ANGIN KENAPA POKOK BERGOYANG ?

Malaysia's first and oldest state legislative assembly meeting place
BINTULU
The site marked the place where Malaysia's first and oldest state legislative assembly meeting took place on 8th September, 1867. With Charles Brooke, the second white Rajah of Sarawak in the chair, there sat 5 of his British Officers and 16 Malay and Melanau Members (Chiefs) to mark a new era in the conduct of the affairs of the state. A centenary stone commemorating the centennial of the historical meeting was erected on this site in 1967 and was further improved to include a clock tower and fountain in 1987, the fountain was attractively fenced up in November 1998 for safety and aesthetically purpose.

Educations in Sarawak under 18 Points Agreement
Bian said dispite 50 years independence, Sarawak has little to celebrate in relation to its ties with the Federation of Malaysia. He said the rights of Sarawak has stated in the 18-Points Agreement have been "slowly and insidiously eroded without anyone realizing it. In this regard, it is time we take heed of what is rightfully ours". He said drawing attention to several points under the 18-Points for the state government to look into.
S’wak must take ownership of education | Free Malaysia Today
“Even the Education Minister (Muhyiddin Yassin) is not sure exactly how good or bad the educational system is. “In April, he was reported to have claimed that Malaysia’s education is ‘one of the best in the world and that it is better than that being provided in the United States, Germany and also the United Kingdom’.
“However, in (last) Sunday’s papers, he was reported to have said that the government’s 10 to 15-year target to achieve an education system on par with, or better than those of developed countries, was realistic.
Bian said despite 50 years of independence, Sarawak had little to celebrate in relation to its ties with the Federation of Malaysia.
